Return Policy
At CupiPrint, we accept returns and refunds if the item is damaged, defective, or if the wrong product was sent.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll handle your issue on a case-by-case basis and do our best to make it right.
To initiate a return or request support, please contact our support team within 45 days of receiving your order. The more information you can provide, the faster we can help resolve your issue. To expedite the process, please include the following:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Photos clearly showing the problem
- Whether you prefer a replacement or a refund
Important: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that we are not responsible for customer errors, including:
- Incorrect product selection
- Personal Reasons due to personal taste, change of mind, etc.
- Product damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
